Growing up in product development, I already felt first-hand how it feels to use agile methods like Scrum more than 10 years ago. My technical background coupled with my business skills therefore quickly led me to the role of Product Owner. I have subsequently leveraged the experience I gained back then in consulting and have thus evolved from supporting small projects to large organizational transformations over the past few years.
