Christoph knew early on that technology – and, more specifically, product development – would shape his career.

Raised in a suburb of Vienna, he started out at Frequentis, a manufacturer of safety-critical communication systems, where he worked in product development. Operating between internal R&D and customer requirements gave him early exposure to the challenges of building complex products, aligning different stakeholders, and turning ideas into workable solutions.

Alongside his professional career, Christoph completed part-time Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in business and management. It was an intense period, but one that paid off: by the age of 25, he had already gained five years of hands-on experience managing product development and supporting implementation in complex customer settings.

Since then, Christoph has spent more than 15 years helping organizations modernize the way they work – from structures and processes to leadership, decision-making, and strategic alignment. Today, top executives rely on his perspective when navigating transformation, strengthening organizational effectiveness, and connecting strategy with execution.

Beyond consulting, Christoph has always been driven by the idea of giving people direction through inspiring visions. Soon after joining borisgloger consulting, he started building his own team. In 2019, he took responsibility for the firm’s entire consulting business, leading around 30–40 consultants. In 2022, he assumed responsibility for the newly founded Automotive & Industry business unit, which has since grown to more than 15 consultants.

In 2025, Christoph moved to Die Umsetzer, a boutique strategy consultancy with ambitious growth plans, especially in Germany. As Senior Manager, he now contributes his experience in scaling consulting organizations, developing new business areas, and helping clients build modern organizations that combine strategic clarity with strong execution.

He underpins his work through numerous publications, including two books, and regular appearances at international conferences.

Outside work, Christoph enjoys travelling, building and improving things at home, and spending time with friends.
